| The BNL Social and Cultural Club endeavors to build closer community ties between Brookhaven National Laboratory and its neighbors. It promotes, supports and encourages activities for social interaction between BNL employees and the surrounding community through ethnic food parties, outdoor picnics and barbecues, field trips, karaoke sessions, and other social and cultural activities. |

The Club holds weekly Open-To-The-Public dance socials (TGIFs @ Brookhaven) at the North Ballroom, Brookhaven Center, Brookhaven National Laboratory every Friday evening from 6 to 11:30 pm (dance lessons:beginners, 6 - 7 pm; and beg/int, 7:30 to 8:30 pm, different dance and different instructors each week). | Scholarships and Charity Fund Please donate to our Scholarships & Charity Fund by clicking on the button below. Your donation will be used for scholarships, "Feed-the-Kids" program, books and school supplies, and other charitable endeavors in Cebu, Philippines. Any amount will be greatly appreciated; it will mean a lot to some poor, young people back in the village where I was born and raised.
